Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM HST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to carrier disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 15 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email returns at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards:

Opened or used medical supplies

Perishable items or items marked as final sale

Custom or special-order products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or credit at no extra cost.
